NationVest, LLC is a New Jersey-based real estate investment firm specializing in property acquisitions, investment underwriting, market intelligence and investment opportunities. Its focus is multifamily properties of 5–50+ units — stabilized, value-add and distressed — throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with a focus on New Jersey, Pennsylvania and surrounding markets.
The firm's work covers acquisitions, deal-specific underwriting and due diligence, investor advisory, dispositions and selective redevelopment. Investment underwriting is prepared to support a specific acquisition, investment or disposition decision; it is not an independent valuation, appraisal or broker opinion of value for third parties. NationVest is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not offer securities.
Independent institutional property services — field inspections, property records reconciliation and institutional value support — are offered separately through VPI360.com.
Founded and led by Damon Redmond, NationVest draws on more than 28 years of experience across mortgage lending, title insurance, brokerage, REO, BPO/BOV work, and housing counseling. New Jersey is the core market for licensed brokerage services; other markets are considered according to the transaction, jurisdiction and availability of appropriately licensed local professionals.
